المكوّنات
- أرزّ بخاريّ.
- ثلاث جزرات متوسّطة الحجم.
- أوقيّة بندورة شيري صغيرة.
- قليل من البقدونس المفروم ناعماً.
طريقة الإعداد
- نضع الأرزّ البخاريّ في طبق التقديم بشكل مرتب.
- نقشّر الجزرات ونعمل في كل جزرة أربع خطوط طوليّة.
- نقطّع الجزرات على شكل دوائر فتصبح كل دائرة على شكل وردة.
- نصف الجزرات في وسط الأرز البخاريّ على شكل حرف X.
- نضع حبّات البندورة الشيري في وسط كلّ مثلث من الجزر إلى نهاية طبق التقديم فتصبح على شكل نجمة من الجزر والبندورة، ونضع في الوسط قليلاً من البقدونس ونقدّمها.
