- حاصل على دبلوم الدراسات العليا في الأدب والنقد – كلية دار العلوم – جامعة القاهرة .
- مسجل للماجستير في الأدب والنقد بكلية دار العلوم جامعة القاهرة .
- عضو اتحاد كُتَّاب مصر نشرت قصائده في عدد كبير من المجلات الأدبية والدوريات الثقافية المصرية والعربية الكبرى مثل ( العربي الكويتي – سطور – إبداع – أخبار الأدب – أدب ونقد – القاهرة – النهار ) وغيرها .
حاصل على جائزة الدكتورة سعاد الصباح للإبداع الأدبي عام 2000 عن ديوانه الثاني أكذوبة السعادة المغارة .
حاصل على جائزة قصور الثقافة المصرية عن أفضل مجموعة شعرية ، وأفضل قصيدة مفردة .
حصل على جائزة خاصة من مؤسسة عبد العزيز سعود البابطين عن قصيدته ( محمد جمال الدرة ) ، ضمن شعراء عرب آخرين في المسابقة التي أقيمت تخليداً لذكرى الشهيد .
