أفتخر بانتمائي لبلدين عظيمين مثل الأردن و مصر هكذا بدأت غاده التلي, المصرية الأم و أردنية الأب حديثها ; تسعى غادة دوما أن تكون الرائدة والسباقة في مجال الطبخ والمطبخ بأفكارها المتجدده ، فهي شيف لها طموح لا حدود له في عالم الطبخ و التزيين بأدوات للانتشار بين كل محب للطبخ .
ولم يكن اهتمام غاده بالطبخ وابتكار ما هو جديد في عالمه وليد اللحظة، بل كان ينمو معها منذ الصغر، عندما كانت تدخل المطبخ مع جدتها لأمها وتراقبها في أدق التفاصيل فتعلمت منها أشهى الوصفات المصريه ثم تزوجت و انتقلت للأردن فتعرفت على أسرار المطبخ العربي و خاصة الشامي من عمتها الأردنيه التي اشتهرت بأتقانها للأكل الشرقي ، ومن ثم شقت طريقها في هذا المجال .
قامت بأفتتاح مركزها الخاص و الذي يعتبر من أوائل المراكز بالأردن لتعليم تزيين الكيك بعجينة السكر و قد لاقت الدروس نجاحا كبيرا كما انها تعطي فيه دروسا في فن الطهي و الحلويات.
و كانت غاده قد أصدرت كتابها الأول الذي يحمل اسم زعفران و و فانيلا.
ثم اشتهرت في نطاق مجتمعها بحبها للمطبخ مما دفع بالاعلاميه ديالا الدباس أن تعرض عليها فقرة المطبخ بقناة رؤيا الفضائيه و قد وافقت غاده على الفور و قد لاقت فقرتها صدى طيب لدى المشاهدات وأختارتها أكبر الشركات لتوقع معها عقودا لتكون الوجه الأعلاني و ممثلة هذه الشركات مثل نستله و كينوود و شركة سبينيز
