يحرر صفحة (على جنب) وهي صفحة ساخرة بالعدد الأسبوعى يكتب بها العديد من شباب الكتاب الساخرين.و له مدونة باسم من نفسى.

هذا كاتب مُقصر فى حقك تماماً عزيزى القارئ، يعرف ما تريد ويعرف أيضا كيف يمكنه أن يصل به إليك، ولديه فكراً عال جداً، وحس فكاهى من النادر أن تجده حتى بين الكتاب الساخرين "بتوع اليومين دول"، لكن المشكلة أن كاتبنا "محمد هشام عبيه" لا يكتب بالقدر أو الكم الذى يمكنك معه أن تستمتع بكتاباته بشكل دائم.. رغم أنه يخاطبنا من نقطة انطلاق وحرية تناسب تماما حالنا بعد 25 يناير، فهو حتى عندما تحدث عن موضوع كَثرت فيه التفسيرات والأطروحات مثل "الحب"، لم يتكلم فيه بأسلوب الكتالوجات المعروفة، ونصوص "إبراهيم الفقى"، فقط قدم فكره ورؤيته ووضعها بين يديك لتفعل أنت ما تشاء تأخذ بما يقول أو لا.. وفى الحقيقة ستأخذ وستنفذ لأن الكلام "موزون وتقله دهب"، وأيضا رغم أن الكاتب يحكى فى مشكلة أزلية هى علاقة الرجل والمرأة أو الولد والبنت إلا أنه فى كتابه "ورد وبصل" الصادر عن دار ليلى لا يفرض دور الوصاية على قارئه لكنه يصل به دوما مع كل مشكلة يطرحها ويناقشها إلى خلاصة فى معظم الأحيان هى أنه "لا يوجد رأى قاطع نهائى بخصوص أى شئ أو إشكالية لأن كل حالة لها خصوصيتها وتفاصيلها والمقياس النهائى لحسم أى موضوع – كما يقول الكاتب- هو درجة الحب والتفاهم والتقارب وتقدير كل طرف لطموحات الآخر.. واللى مش مصدق –كاتبنا- يسأل "كوثر" و"أبو السباع"!.
