ويستعرض هذا الكتاب الإشراف التربوي حيث يتم تقسيمه إلى (11) فصلاً يتعلق الفصل الأول بمفاهيم وأهداف الإشراف التربوي، ويعالج الفصل الثاني مراحل تطور الإشراف التربوي وأنواع الإشراف التربوي. أما الفصل الثالث: فيدور حول المهارات اللازم توافرها بالمشرق التربوي ومصادر السلوك المشرف التربوي. وأما الفصل الرابع: فيتعلق بأنواع الإشراف التربوي وبأساليب الإشراف التربوي.
والفصل الخامس: يتضمن الأساليب الإجرائية للإشراف التربوية التي يمارسها المشرفون التربويون في الأردن. وأما الفصل السادس: فيحتوي على دور مدير المدرسة كمشرف تربوي مقيم. والفصل السابع: يحتوي على دور المعلم كمشرف على تخصصه. والفصل الثامن: يتضمن تقويم العملية الإشرافية التربوية. والفصل التاسع: يحتوي على طرق اختيار المشرفين التربويين وتدريبهم. أما الفصل العاشر: فيحتوي على خطة مقترحة لقسم الإشراف التربوي. أما الفصل الحادي عشر فيتضمن المشكلات التي يعاني منها جهاز الإشراف التربوي ومقترحات لتحسين الإشراف التربوي.
