نحتاج بين فينة وأخرى لأن نراجع أعمالنا التي قمنا بها منذ فترات طويلة إلى درجة تحول بعضها إلى عادات أكثر منها لسلوك واعٍ ومخطط له؛ وليكن هدفنا تصحيح الخلل وسدّ النقص وتقديم النصيحة؛ وأهم ذلك كله تنمية الذات وتعديل السلوك إذ أن من أهمّ ميزات الإنسان قدرته على تصحيح سلوكه وتعديل اتجاهاته أثناء سيره وخلال عمله وكلما زاد نضجه زادت قدرته على ذلك.
ونحن في الميدان التربوي الذي يختلف عن الميادين الأخرى كثيرا؛ من حيث ارتباطنا بتنشئة الإنسان في هذا العصر المتغير أولى الناس بتعديل اتجاهاتنا وتنمية معارفنا التربوية وتصحيح طرقنا التي تفرض علينا التطورات الحادثة أن نستوعبها ولعل أشدّها تأثيرات العولمة والصراعات الحضارية والثقافية المعاصرة التي لم يعد لنا خيار في خوض غمارها إذ غزتنا في عقر مدارسنا؛ وهنا يتوجب على كل عامل في الميدان التربوي أن يبذل جهده ليستطيع موازنة المؤثرات الخارجية مع الحاجات الداخلية تحت منظومة القيم والسلوك والدين الإسلامي الذي يفترض أن تنطلق منه جميع قيمنا وسلوكياتنا.
وفي هذا البحث مناقشة جانب مهم من جوانب الميدان التربوي وهو الإشراف التربوي لأعيد ترتيب خريطته الذهنية ومهامه العملية التي إذا صلحت فستمتد آثارها حتمًا إلى الميدان التربوي وتثمر يانعة في النشء الجديد.
وهذا البحث يأتي من منطلق مبدأ محاولة إصلاح الوضع القائم دون الدخول في جدليات أخرى وسبب التركيز على ذلك هو إعطاء الأدلة لمسئولي التعليم والبيروقراطيين على إمكانية إصلاح البيت من الداخل دون تكلفة ضخمة ترهق ميزانياتهم؛ وبهذا تكون الكرة في ملعبهم مع أنها لم تخرج منه أصلا.
