" فهمان الدهمان لا يحب الباميا " كتاب ساخر حاول مؤلفه " ماهر الزدجالي " إثبات التناقض الذي تعيشه الإدارات العامة في بلاده بناءً على طرح مجموعة من ردود الفعل غير المتجانسة " لفهمان " سائق التكسي ، وما يحصل له من مواقف طريفة ، يتم صوغها بطريقة كوميدية وبأسلوب غير مباشر ، يعكس الصورة الحقيقية التي تعيشها البلاد باستخدام أسلوب " السخرية والتضمين " حيث يعهد إلى فهمان بالقول وتقديم الكتاب : " ... وبدون اي مقدمات أو فلسفة مني حول شخصيتي المتواضعة ؛ أقول لكم أن إسمي هو ( فهمان الدهمان ) ، ولديّ ( سيارة أجرة ) ، ابحث من خلالها كل يوم عن ( لقمة العيش ) ، ( ... ) لأن لدي أربعة أولاد ، بالإضافة إلى زوجتي ( فهيمة ) ، التي لا تكفيها لقمات ولا صحون ، اضف إلى ذلك فاتورة الملابس والمكياج لكل مناسبة ، ودفع فاتورة الصرف الصحي ، و ( الواي فاي ) للأولاد ... ، ووو " .
يضم الكتاب أربعة عشر قصة قصيرة تتضمن مواقف يتعرض لها ( فهمان الدهمان ) أثناء عمله حيث يلتقي عدداً من الشخصيات ( الزبائن ) كل يوم ، ولكل زبون قصته الطريفة مع فهمان من أهمها رسائله الساخرة من الممارسات البيروقراطية ، والروتين والفساد السائد الذي تتربع على عرشه ( هيئة الكروش الوطنية ) والتي يسعى أصحابها إلى الإلتحاق بمنظمة ( كروش بلا حدود ) عوضاً من خدمة المواطن وتلبية حاجاته .
تتوزع حكايات ( فهمان الدهمان ) على خمسة عشر عنواناً هي : " من فضلك .. أقلب الصفحة !! " ، " هيئة الكروش الوطنية " ، " تحت حصار أنابيب الصرف الصحي " ، " التجربة الموزمبيقية في إدارة القمامة !! " ، " قطط أجنبية لمكافحة الفساد " ( ... ) وعناوين أخرى .
