تناول دراسة أهم جرائم القسم الخاص في قانون العقوبات وفق التعديلات الجديدة التي لحظها المشرع اللبناني.
وقد اشتمل على مقدمة تظهر أهمية دراسة القسم الخاص ومدى علاقته بالأحكام العامة في قانون العقوبات، ووردت الموضوعات المتعلقة بالجرائم ضمن ثلاثة أقسام.
القسم الأول: وتضمن دراسة جرائم الرشوة والاختلاس واستثمار الوظيفة والأحكام التي تخضع لها، كما تضمن الجرائم المخلة بالثقة العامة في صورها المختلفة.
القسم الثاني: وتناولنا فيه دراسة الجرائم التي تقع على الأشخاص وعالجنا أحكامها في إطار الجنايات والجنح التي تقع على حياة الإنسان وسلامته، وفي إطار الجرائم التي تقع على حرية الإنسان وشرفه.
وخصص الفصل الثالث للجرائم التي تقع على الأموال، ونظراً لتعددها وتشعبها، فقد قصرنا البحث بالنسبة للأفعال التي تشكل خطورة كبيرة على ملكية الإنسان، كجريمة السرقة، والاحتيال، وإساءة الائتمان، والشك بدون مقابل، والإفلاس.
