سنقتصر فى هذا المؤلف على دراسة أهم الجرائم الأكثر انتشارا من ناحية والتى تثير الكثير من المشاكل العملية من ناحية أخرى، مرجئين بحث باقى الجرائم الى مؤلف آخر يتناول كل الجرائم التى نص عليها المشرع بالمجموعة الجنائية.
وعليه فتكون دراستنا للقسم الخاص على النحو التالى: أولا: الجرائم المضرة بالمصلحة العامة. وسنتناول فيه الأحكام العامة فى جرائم أمن الدولة وجرائم الموظفين العموميين ضد الادارة العامة وهى الرشوة والاختلاس والاستيلاء بدون وجه حق على أموال الدولة والقطاع العام وجريمة الغدر وجريمة محاولة الحصول على ربح من العمليات المتعلقة وكذلك الأشغال المتعلقة بالدولة وجريمة الاضرار العمدى وغير العمدى بأموال ومصالح الدولة وأخيرا جريمة استخدام العمال سخرة. وبالنسبة لجرائم الأفراد ضد الادارة العامة سنتناول فقط جريمة الاخلال بتنفيذ بعض العقود الادارية وعقد المقاولة.
ثانيا: الجرائم المضرة بالثقة العامة: وسنتناول فيها جريمة تزييف العملة وتقليد الأختام والتمغات والعلامات ثم التزوير فى المحررات، ثالثا: جرائم الأشخاص وسنتناول فيها الجرائم التى يكون فيها موضوع السلوك الاجرامى شخص الانسان. فنبحث القتل والجرح والضرب ثم جرائم العرض وخدش الحياء العام وأخيرا جرائم الاجهاض، رابعا: جرائم الأموال وسنتناول فيها جرائم السرقة والنصب وخيانة الأمانة ثم جرائم الحريق وأخيرا جريمة انتهاك حرمة الغير.
ونود أن نلفت النظر الى أن التقسيم السابق لدراستنا انما روعى فيه بقدر الامكان أن يكون متمشيا مع خطة المشرع المصرى فى تبويب القسم الخاص وان كان هناك الكثير من الجرائم التى أدخلناها فى طوائف جرائم الأشخاص أو الأموال انما هى تندرج فى طوائف أخرى وفقا لميعاد المصلحة المحمية. وقد أثرنا دراستها تبعا لتويبها فى القانون الحالى.
