مما هو معلوم أن مجال العقود يلعب دورا هاما في حياة البشرية جمعاء، وأن العقد يكاد يكون هو الأداة الوحيدة لتداول الثروة، وأنه أحد الآليات الرئيسة للنشاط الاقتصادي، وهو أكثر أنظمة الفقه الإسلامي والقانون شيوعا في حياة الناس، وعقد البيع لا يخرج عن كونه عقدا باتا، أو عقدا شرط فيه الخيار، وأن ما يقال في الأصل المباع يقال في زوائده، لكن قد يعرض للبيع ما يفسخه، وبالتالي يعود الأصل إلى بائعه، فهل ينطبق ذلك على نمائه وزياداته؟
وهذا الكتاب قد بسط فيه مؤلفه الكلام عن زمن ثبوت الملك، وأنواع الزيادات الحاصلة للمبيع، والوصف الحكمي لزوائد المبيع، كما بين حكم الزيادة الحاصلة للمبيع بعد العقد والقبض، وحكمها بعد العقد وقبل القبض، وحكمها في حالة رد المبيع قبل القبض، وكذا حكم الزيادات الحاصلة في بيع الخيار، وحكمها في البيع الفاسد.
