هذا الكتاب ينفع جميع من يئسوا من التخلص من السمنة أو السمنة المفرضة بعد أن طبقوا كافة الرجيمات والأدوية ولم ينجحوا في التخلص من هذه البدانة.
لقد حقق علم اللقيمات بداية من عام 2005 نجاحاً باهراً (بلغ 90%) مع مئات الآلات من مرضى السمنة ومرضى السمنة المفرطة الذين احتفظوا بوزنهم الطبيعي حتى العام الحالي. وهذه النتيجة لم يحققها أي نظام غذائي عالمي أخر ولم تحققها عمليات تدبيس المعدة (التي تحقق نسبة ثبات على الوزن الطبيعي تبلغ 70% فقط).
إن هذا الكتاب يحتوي على مبادئ "علم اللقيمات"، وإن الهدف الأول من وراء هذا العلم هو إحياء إحدى سنن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم التي أندثرت في عصرنا الحالي، أما الهدف الثاني فهو منفعة الناس للتخلص من السمنة والأمراض الناتجة عنها والإكتئاب المصاحبة لها، فكما قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: "خير الناس أنفعهم للناس" - رواه الطبراني وصححه الألباني.
إن علم اللقيمات هو نظام تدريبي ليعيد طبيعة الإنسان إلى الفطرة السليمة تدريجياً لترضى بالوجبات صغيرة الحجم.
