من هذا الأفق قامت الأستاذة لين صلاح مطر بهذا العمل الضخم ووضعت قاموساً قانونياً وتجارياً، وهو موسوعة حقيقية في هذه المادة وكل ما يرتبط بها، يحمل اسم لغة المحاكم.
يتميز هذا القاموس بما يلي: 1-يعتمد كقاموس ثلاثي، اللغات العربية والفرنسية والإنكليزية ويوضع الكلمة بالعربية مع ما يلائمها بالإنكليزية والفرنسية، بحيث أن القارئ العربي يمكنه أن يجد لكل كلمة عربية معناها بالإنكليزية والفرنسية. 2-يتألف إذا استطعنا القول من ثلاثة قواميس، بمعنى أننا نستطيع أن نجد فيه كلمات اللغات الفرنسية والإنكليزية والعربية، بحيث أن كل كلمة من اللغات الثلاث تجد ترجمتها باللغتين الأخريين. 3-يحتوي هذا القاموس الثلاثي على تعابير قانونية، فضلاً عن الجمل التقنية وكلمات مفتاح قانونية، إضافة إلى الأقوال القانونية المعتمدة في القوانين الأساسية. 4-وتوجد، فضلاً عن ذلك، بعض التعابير اللاتينية، المشهورة المعتمدة خاصة في اللغتين الفرنسية والإنكليزية.
وهكذا سوف يستطيع القانونيون والتجار أن يجدوا في هذا القاموس ما قد يبحثوا عنه بين الكلمات المستعملة أمام المحاكم وفي عالم القانون وعالم الأعمال. فضلاً عن ذلك، إن هذا العمل ضروري، ليس فقط للمحامين والقضاة، بل أيضاً لطلاب القانون والأشخاص القائمين بالأعمال الاقتصادية والمالية والتجارية.
