Book Description
"باطل كل عقد ينشأ تحت ضغط الخوف الناجم عن عنف جسماني أو عن تهديد موجه إلى شخص المديون أو غلى أمواله أو على زوجه أو على أحد أصوله أو فروعه. ولا حاجة للتمييز بين أن يكون هذا الضغط صادراً عن أحد المتعاقدين أو عن شخص ثالث أو عن أحوال خارجة عن دائرة التعاقد ( ق.م.ع مادة 21 ). The contract is null when it is concluded under duress, fear inspired by physical violence or by threats affecting the person or the estate of the debtor his spouse, his ascendant of his descendant, no distinction being made as to whether duress is the exercise of the contracting part, a third party or circumstances outside the contractual scope (C.O.C Article 210). تبقى للمصطلحات القانونية وللغة القانون طابعهما الخاص الذي يبتعد في معظم الاحيان عن الإستعمال اللغوي العام عربية كانت أو إنكليزية دون إستثناء، ويتضح ذلك من خلال النموذج الذي ذكر الذي تم إيراده باللغتين العربية والإنكليزية. والذي هو مقتبس من هذا القاموس الذي تبرر أهميته في كونه مزدوج مفصل: عربي- إنكليزي و إنكليزي–عربي، بالإضافة إلى ذلك فإن أهميته تكمن في تغطيته لعدد كبير من المصطلحات القانونية. هذا وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه تم إغناؤه بملحق الإعلام والحايوب والتجارة.
