المكوّنات
- بياض سبع حبات بيض.
- ربع كيلو من السكر.
- نصف فنجان من عصير الليمون.
- ماء للحمام المائي .
- ملعقة من الفانيلا.
طريقة التّحضير
- يوضع الماء في وعاء ويترك حتى يغلي .
- يتك إحضار وعاء آخر أقل حجماً من الأول ويوضع فوق الأول، ثمّ يوضع فيه البيض، والسّكر، وعصير الليمون يخفق ويحرّك بواسطة الخفاقة أو بالخلّاط.
- يتم الاستمرار بالخفق حتى يتماسك الخليط وبعد ذلك تضاف الفانيلا وأحياناً يضاف معه جوز الهند المبشور لهذه الكريمة البيضاء، ويزين بها وجه التّورته أو الجاتو.
