الوطن، ليس تراباً وأشجاراً وقمماً سرابية…
هو انتماء الإنسان إلى مكان يحبه ويشعر فيه، مكان لا يبرح شغاف القلب. إنه الشعور بالرزق، بالكرامة، بأصالة الانتماء.
لم نختر وجودنا ولا لون عيوننا ولا حتى أسماءنا والكنى التي نتكنى بها، لكننا بالتأكيد نختار أناسنا، ونختار من نحب، كما نختار مساحة الأرض التي نحيا فوقها.
ميجنا وتعني بالإرمينية (لا ترحل) وجدت نفسها في سورية (حلب تحديداً) خلال الحرب والحصار، كانت تحلم دائماً أن تعود إلى يريفان لرعاية أمها المسنة هناك. تكتشف أن الوطن هو الابن والزوج والناس، بل هو الحب، يتغير مفهومها في محبة الأسرة بأن جمعت الجميع في المساحة الممكنة.
إنه وطن الإنسان عندما يختار الحب.
