تتحدث عن حياة الفتاة (ريحان) ابنة قائد طائرة العقيد معمر القذافي منذ العام ١٩٧٢ وحتى ٢٠١٢ حيث انتقلت الى سورية بعد مقتل القذافي، وهي التي تبت في باب العزيزية مذ كانت في السادسة من عمرها ثم تحولت إلى إحدى حارسات العقيد القذافي.
وتقارن بين التاريخ المعاصر لليبيا وحرب السنوات الأربع بين واشنطون وطرابلس الغرب بين عامي ١٨٠١ و ١٨٠٥ في عهد يو سف باشا القره مانلي الذي احتجزت قواته البحرية الفرقاطة العسكرية الأميركية "سيتي أوف ڤلادليفيا" وكانت اكبر قطعة بحرية عسكرية في عالم البحار.
