يتضمن هذا الكتاب (قوانين ونصوص الجنسية اللبنانية) الصادرة عن رئيس جمهورية لبنان، ورئيس مجلس الوزراء للعام 1931 ومواده وتعديلاته وصولاً إلى (قانون رقم 363 صادر في( 1-8-1994).
وعليه يشرح الكتاب جميع القوانين المتعلقة بقانون الجنسية والمعاهدات والقرارات والقوانين المنصوص عليها لسنوات مختلفة شكلت مادة هذا الكتاب نذكر منها: الإحصاء العام (قانون صادر في( 24/11/1931)، اعتبار قيد وثائق الأحوال الشخصية اجبارياً في لبنان (قرار رقم 2851 صادر في 2/12/1954)، خلاصة معاهدة لوزان تاريخ 24/7/1923، الاشخاص الذين هم من التبعية التركية المقيمين في لبنان الكبير (قرار رقم 15 تاريخ 19/1/1925 المتعلقة بالجنسية اللبنانية ممن اكتسبها بالتجنيس اذا ارتكب عملاً مخلاً بأمن البلاد (قانون منشور بالمرسوم رقم 10828 صادر في 9/10/1962) (...) وأخيراً تعديل رسم التجنيس (قانون رقم 363 صادر في 1/8/1994).
