وأهم ما يمتاز به هذا الكتاب هو الغوص في مختلف الآراء الفقهية التي دارت حول موضوعته، وتقصي آخر ما توصل إليه الإجتهاد في مختلف الأبحاث التي تطرق إليها في موضوع المؤسسة التجارية، وإعتماده طريقة البحث المقارن، وإهتمامه بالناحية العملية لجهة العقود التي تجري على المؤسسة التجارية.
