(مدارك الاراء) كتاب يجمع بين علوم الفقه والأصول، وهو من مؤلفات السيد محمد الصدر الفريدة التي يناقش فيها المسائل الفقهية والإختلاف والخلاف فيها بين الفقهاء الأعلام، بقدرة واسعة على الإستنباط في المسألة المعروضة، فقد أعطى في هذا الكتاب دروساً وأسساً في قراءة الروايات وتحديد مسارها ومناقشة أسانيدها، وما إلى ذلك من أمور.
يبدأ الكتاب بـ : موجز عن حياة السيد محمد الصدر، نسبه الشريف، نشأته العلمية، إجازته في الرواية، اجتهاده، وأقوال العلماء فيه ... يلي ذلك تعريف بالنسخة الخطية الأصلية لـ (مدارك الآراء) والمسألة التي يتناولها هنا هي (الصلاة) وقسمت إلى ثلاثة محاور: 1- المقام الأول: من دخل عليه الوقت وكان حاضراً ثم سافر: ويضم الأقوال في المسألة والإجتهادات والروايات، 2- المقام الثاني: في عكس المسألة السابقة وتعرض أقوال مختلف فيها، أ- ما يصلح أن يكون دليلاً على وجوب التمام، ب – ما يصلح دليلاً على وجوب القصر، ج- مقتضى الأصل العملي في الصلاة. 3- المقام الثالث: فيمن مرّ بحالي السفر والحضر في الوقت. وأيضاً تعرض أقوال مختلف فيها حول الصلاة. أ- كبرى مسألة مطابقة للقضاء للأداء وتناقش عدة نواحٍ في فقه الحديث والروايات المعارضة لصحيحه "زرارة" – فقيه شيعي – وأيضاً: مناقشة الفقيه الهمداني في المقام، ب – تطبيق الكبرى على المسألتين في الأداء وتناقش القول بالتخيير بين إقامة الصلاة في السفر أو القضاء، ج- مقتضى الأصل العملي في باب القضاء وتناقش: تصوير الأوصل المنتجية لوجوب القصر، ثم لوجوب التمام أو الإستدراك في الصلاة.
