الاتّصال الملتزم/الملزم، مصطلحاتٌ أتتنا بالأساس من علم النفس الاجتماعي (la psychologie sociale). فالالتزام كما نعلم هو حالة سوسيولوجية تتحكم بها محاكم الصراعات الاجتماعية حيث تُحدِد كل مجموعة فكرية ذات مشروع، منطوقَها الأيديولوجي... ينصاعُ له ويُعمل على إرسائه. وعندما نتحدث حالياً عن الاتّصال يتبادر إلى الذهن مباشرةً فكرة الإعلام الملتزم أي، برأي الناس، الإعلام الموجه من قبل السلطة الحاكمة أو السلطة القائمة التي تتحكم بقناة الاتّصال أو القنوات الإعلامية كالتلفزيون مثلاً.
فالإعلام بصورة عامة، الليبرالي وغير الليبرالي، حتى الآن، ما زال يتخفى في لحاظ الموضوعية لإرساء النموذج الفكري الذي تتبناه هذه القوى. أحياناً من خلال صوغ مفاهيمَ خارج إطار الواقع، غير قابلة للتنفيذ، مفاهيمَ ملتبسةٍ كفقاقيع صابون، نراها كبيرةًّ ولكن هي في الواقع فارغة. ومن هنا يأتي السؤال: هل أدت التقنيات إلى طرح إشكالياتٍ جديدةٍ كون الاتّصال بات أكثر جماهيرية... اتّصال ثائر على تحكم شرْطي التواصل والإعلام بكل إنتاج ثقافي؟ اتّصال بات يُبرِز أكثر فأكثر قضايا اجتماعية كانت تُصوبُ حسب رؤية السلطة من أجل أن تحافظ على هيمنتِها الفكرية والثقافية بمعناها الواسع. وهذا بحدّ ذاتهِ يطرح تساؤلات حول دور التقنيات، هل بتنا نعطيها سلطةً أكثر مما تستحق؟ أم إنها مجرد أدوات؟ وهل ستتحكم أيضاً بمفاتيح الحوكمة، مستقبلاً؟
