يشكل هذا المؤلف، الجزء الخامس والأخير في هذه المرحلة من سلسلة شرح قانون العقوبات الأردني ــ القسم الخاص، دراسة تحليلية مقارنة. وبذلك تكون الأجزاء الصادرة والتي تكاد تشكل موسوعة جنائية أردنية في نطاق القسم الخاص من قانون العقوبات على النحو التالي: الجزء الأول: شرح قانون العقوبات، الجرائم الواقعة على الإنسان. الجزء الثاني: شرح قانون العقوبات، الجرائم الواقعة على الأموال. الجزء الثالث: شرح قانون العقوبات، الجرائم الواقعة على الأخلاق والإدارة العامة. الجزء الرابع: شرح قانون العقوبات، الجرائم الواقعة على الشرف والحرية. الجزء الخامس: شرح قانون العقوبات، وقد تناولنا فيه ما يلي: أولاً: من الجرائم المخلة بالثقة العامة، الجرائم التالية: 1- التزوير في المحررات الرسمية. 2- المصدقات الكاذبة وما في حكمها. 3- انتحال الهوية. 4- التزوير في المحررات العرفية. 5- استعمال المحررات المزورة الرسمية والعرفية. ثانياً: من الجرائم المخلة بالإدارة القضائية، الجرائم التالية: 1- شهادة الزور. 2- جرم الافتراء. 3- اختلاق الجرائم. 4- اليمين الكاذبة. ثالثاً: من الجرائم المخلة بواجبات الوظيفة العامة، الجرائم التالية: 1- الرشوة. 2- الاختلاس. 3- استثمار الوظيفة. وإذا كان بعض هذه المؤلفات ممن صدر قبل عام 1993، قد ظفر بجائزة الدولة التقديرية في مجال العلوم القانونية، فإننا لنتمنى أن تظفر المؤلفات الجديدة الصادرة بعد ذلك التاريخ بتقدير العاملين في مجال القانون على صعيد الوطن العربي.
