المكوّنات:
- نصف كوب من السكّر.
- كوب من الفانيلا السائلة.
- نصف ملعقة كبيرة من الكريمة.
طريقة التّحضير:
- نضع السّكر في قدر من الستانليس قاعدته سميكة، ونضيف إليه الماء.
- نترك القدر على نار متوسطة إلى أن يذوب السّكر ويصبح غامق اللّون ويتكرمل، ثمَّ نقلّبه باستعمال ملعقة خشبيّة، وبعدها نضيف عليه الكريمة بحذر شديد ونقلّب مرّةً أخرى إلى أن تندمج الكريمة مع السّكر المكرمل وتتكون صلصة التّوفي.
