أنا أيضاً أعيش علاقة عشقٍ كبيرة، مع ذاتي، نفسي، وأشيائي.. لا أواسي فيها حُزن حبٍ سابقٍ، أو ماضٍ أليم.. بل أعيشها بكل تركيزي، حبّي، تفاصيلي، عيوبي، وأخطائي.. وبكل الصفات التي قيلت عني أمام غَيري...

تتحدث رواية افروديتْ عن مجموعة من العلاقات المجتمعية أساسها "بَيان" بطل الرواية و"يَسار" بطلة الرواية، متناولةً مجموعة من المشكلات التي يعاني منها أفراد مجتمعاتنا العربية موضحةً دور التآخي بين الأشخاص وأهمية الحبّ في حياتهم، بالإضافة لمجموعة من الشخصيات الروائية التي تتعاون جميعها بغية تحقيق أهدافها وأحلامها، مبينةً وجود طبيعة الحياة وصعوبتها..
يهدف النص إلى رفع قدرات القارئ في التقبّل، وتحسين طريقة التصرّف أو التفكير أثناء المواقف الصعبة.. مقنعاً إياه بأنّه بإمكان البشريين العاديين أن يكونوا أساطيراً في حياة بعضهم البعض.
