تسترسل الكاتبة في إظهار تسلسل الأحداث مظهرة عمل التشويق والإثارة بين البوليس السرّي ومافيا تهريب الآثار، إلى جانب الحب وجدلية الصراع حوله بين البشر والآلهة واستمراريتها إلى يومنا هذا؟
من هي أفروديت؟ وهل الصراع على الحب؟ أو لكسب القوة والمال والسيطرة على العالم؟ وما علاقة البشر مع الآلهة؟ هل هي الملائكة؟ أحقيقة هي أم خيال؟ أحقاً، هناك قرينة لكل إنسان؟ وهل الجمال نعمة أم نقمة؟
