وفي هذا الكتاب يحاول المؤلف بحث هذه الأمور التربوية التي تتناول الجوانب في المنهج الإسلامي على ضوء القرآن والسنة من خلال دراسة نفسية ضمن فصول خمسة جاءت مواضيعها كالتالي: الأبعاد النفسية في الشخصية الإسلامية، دور الإسلام في تحقيق حاجات الفرد، الانفعال إسلامياً وعلمياً، تنمية الموارد البشرية في إطار الثقافة الإسلامية، تعريف التنمية وخصائص العمل التنموي.
