والمهم في هذا الكتاب هو أنه يعتمد خطة البحث المقارن بين مختلف القوانين العالمية، ويتضمن آخر ما توصل إليه الإجتهاد من حلول قانونية، وما تطرق إليه الفقهاء من آراء ونظريات، وفوق ذلك فقد عززه المؤلف بآرائه الشخصية كلما تطلب الأمر، المناقشة ومحاولات التصويب.
كما أن هذا الكتاب لم يهمل النواحي العملية التي تساعد أصحاب المصلحة على تأسيس الشركات بأحدث الطرق وأسهلها، فاحتوى على نماذج عملية عن مختلف أنوع الشركات.
