وبغية بحث رهن الأسهم في الشركات بصورة تفصيلية، فقد قسم الرسالة على ثلاثة فصول يسبقها تمهيد توضحت فيه تعريف الأسهم وطبيعتها وما هي خصائصها، وفي الفصل الأول تطرق المؤلف إلى إنشاء رهن الأسهم، أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناول فيه أثار رهن الأسهم، وبحث في الفصل الثالث والأخير إنقضاء رهن الأسهم.
