"إسرائيل" بالتعريف هي كيانٌ إستيطانيٌ إستعماريٌ إحلالي، ذو إيديولوجيةٍ صهيونية، تمنح هذا الكيان عصبيةً عنصرية، كيانٌ أخذ شكل دولةٍ لا تنتمي إلى المحيط الثقافي - الحضاري العربي، ليس هذا التعريف بأحكامه المختلفة تعريفاً قيمياً.
بل تعريف وجود، لم يُخترع إختراعاً، ولا يحمل الإنتماء إلى فلسطين إضفاء صفاتٍ على "إسرائيل" ليست لها، إن جميع الأوصاف التي تحدّد ماهيّة هذا الكيان هي أوصافٌ موضوعية مترابطة، وإذا نُزِعت أيّة صفةٍ من صفات هذا التحديد، اختلفت ماهيّة "إسرائيل"، فكلّ تعريف، كما هو معلوم تحديدٌ لماهيّة.
أمّا أن "إسرائيل" كيانٌ إستيطانيٌ - إستعماري؛ فهذا يعني أنها ثمرةٌ من ثمرات المرحلة الإستعمارية - الإمبريالية في التاريخ الحديث، ومن دون ردّها إلى تلك المرحلة، لا يمكن فهمها إطلاقاً، فعلاقتها بالإستعمار الأوروبي هي التي منحتها الوجود والإستمرار، ولا تزال تمنحها أهم أسباب وجودها وإستمرارها، ولو لم تضع الحركة الصهيونية ذاتها في خدمة الإستعمار البريطاني - الفرنسي للمنطقة، لما نالت من الإستعمار لم ينله أيّ كيانٍ قائمٍ في فلسطين.
هذا الكتاب، وهو الجزء الثاني من ثلاثيّة (السلام الإسرائيلي)، يتحدّث عن إستراتيجية التسوية لدى هذا الكيان المغتصب للأرض وللحقوق، مفنّداً مزاعم وإستهدافات الكيان من وراء سلوك خيار التسوية، الذي لا يعدو كونه خيار فرض الأهداف الأميركية - الصهيونية على دول وشعوب المنطقة التي رفضت - وهي الآن تؤكّد رفضها الحاسم في الشارع - للمخطّطات والمؤامرات الغربية للسيطرة على ثرواتها ومقدّراتها الهائلة!...
