الكتاب هو الحادي عشر في سلسلة "دراسات" ويدور البحث فيه حول العلم والتكنولوجيا في الاستراتيجيا الإسرائيلية وذلك من خلال دراسة يسلط الباحث فيه الضوء على مسيرة بناء القوة المعقدة والطويلة التي قطعتها الصهيونية لإرساء باطلها في فلسطين، والغاية من ذلك تعريف المسؤولين والمعنيين بحجم المسؤولية، ليس العلمية والتكنولوجية فحسب، بل أيضاً الإنسانية والأخلاقية والوطنية المترتبة على كل عربي، من أجل الاستفادة من عبر الماضي، والنظر بعين الإدراك والوعي إلى الواقع البشري الحالي، الذي لا يخدم إلا الأقوياء وإلاّ الشعوب التي تثبت جدارتها بالحياة والاستمرار في عصر غزو الكواكب وحرب النجوم.
وفي هذا السياق تمّ تقسيم هذه الدارسة إلى أربعة فصول أساسية تناول فيها الباحث أولاً العلم والتكنولوجيا في الفكر الصهيوني (السياسة العلمية ووسائل انتقال التكنولوجيا...) ثم بحث في العوامل الخارجية والذاتية لتحقيق التقدم لعلمي والتكنولوجي (المساعدات، التجسس الأمني والصناعي...) متناولاً بعد ذلك الحديث حول مقومات المجمع العسكري الصناعي في إسرائيل ودوره في استراتيجية إسرائيل الأمنية متطرقاً من ثم إلى دراسة المجتمع المدني للتطوير التكنولوجي والقدرات البشرية العاملة فيه منهياً الفصول بخلاصة واستنتاجات، علّ في ذلك رافداً من روافد المعرفة والاطلاع التي لا غنى عنها في الاسترشاد لتقويم الخطى نحو المستقبل.
