"keç" بالكردية تعني الفتاة وعند النداء تصبح الكلمة keçê، هذه اللفظة كاستعمال لغوي ضرورة عند النداء، لكن ما قصدته وما جال في خاطري لحظة تسميتي لهذا البحث بكجي تعمّد الكرد غالباً استعمال هذه اللفظة للدلالة على حجم التأنيث المتوغل بين أحرفها، وبالتالي تثبيط همّة وعزم إحداهن للقيام بعمل أو تصرف، أو استعمال حق درج على الدوام في خانة الحقوق المحصورة بالرجل.
هذه دراسة واقعية قانونية أردت تقديمها للقارئ العربي والكردي عن ما طال المرأة الكردية في سوريا من مظالم وتمييز خلال العقود الثلاثة الأخيرة وأكثرها كانت في المجالين الاقتصادي والسياسي أما التقديرات التي استعملتها كانت على الغالب جزافية أقرب للواقع.
