الإيمان بالقُرآن الكريم بوصفه آية بيِّنة أعجَزَت العرَب عن الإتيان بمثْلِهِ، يتطلَّبُ التثبُّت من سلامة النَّص القرآني، وأنَّه محفُوظٌ عن التَّحريف والتَّزوير، عن الزَّيادةِ والنُّقصان، بقصْدِ أو دون قصْد.
هذا هو الهدفُ الأساس من هذا الكتاب؛ استعراضُ مُبرِّرات الإيمان بسلامة النَّص القرآني، من خلال التعرُّف على الأحداث التي مرَّ بها القرآنُ الكريم في تاريخِهِ.
هذا البحثُ يفترضُ أنَّ مسار حفْظ القرآن الكريم، خصوصاً في القرْنين الأول والثاني الهجري، مرَّ بأخطر المراحل، فقد نشطت حركةُ الوضَّاعين للحديث، ودسَّ الغلاةُ والزَّنادقةُ الأحاديث المجعولة التي كُتُبِ الحديث، وصارَ مصيرُ القرآن الكريم على المحَك.
الظُّروفُ والملابسات التي مرَّ بها القرآن الكريم تُذكِّرُنا بقصَّةِ النَّبي موسى فحفْظُ موسى لم يتأتّ بمُعجزة خارقة، وإنَّما بتقديرِ مُذْهلِ للأحداثِ الطَّبيعية، بحيث تسلْسلَت بطريقة تكاد لا تُصدّق لصالح حفْظ حياة موسى إلى درجة أنّ من التقطهُ من اليمِّ وربَّاهُ عندهُ هو فرعون نفسُهُ!...
والله تعالى بتدبيره الخفي حَفظَ القرآن الكريم بيد أوليائه وأعدائه معاً كما حفظ موسى بيدِ أمّه وأختهِ وفرعون وآلِهِ في وقتٍ واحد!...
على ضوء دراسة ظُرُوف وملابسات مسار القرآن الكريم التاريخية، وحقيقة أنَّ العمدة في تناول القرآن الكريم في صدْرِ الإسلام كان هو التلقّي بالمشافهة والحفظ على نطاقٍ واسع، وتدوين المُصْحَف في زمن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والإجراءات التي اتُخذت بعد ذلك لحفْظ القرآن الكريم.
وأخيراً التدقيق في مخطوطات المصاحف المتعددة التي كُتبت في القرآن الكريم الأول الهجري كمعطيات وأدلَّة حسِّية متاحة للجميع، على ضوء ذلك كلِّه، أنتهي إلى الإيمان الرَّاسخ بسلامة النَّصّ القرآني.
