تخرجمن جامعة الملك فؤاد عام 1948 حصل على الدرجة الأولى لاختبار مدرسي الفلسفة في وزارة المعارف السورية , عمل في الهيئة الفنية في وزارة المعارف. أعير للتدريس في جامعة الملك سعود في الرياض, أصبح عضو في اللجنة الوطنية للثقافة و العلوم في دمشق و القاهرة أثناء الوحدة.أشرف على ركن الطلبة في الإذاعة السورية, يعمل حاليا مشرفا على الدراسات النفسية في الموسوعة العربية. ألف 37 كتابا في ميدان الإنسانيات و علم النفس.
