نظرية القيادة عند اليهود، هي دراسة تحليلية تبحث في أشكال القيادة عند اليهود، وأسُسُها، وتاريخها، وأنواعها، وصفات القائد الذي يتلبس بهذه النظرية، والمصاديق التي تلبّست بها، والمظاهر السياسية والديموغرافية التي نتجت عنها، أي أنه بحث في فلسفة القيادة الدينية والسياسية وتطبيقاتها العملية.
وبما أن أول ظهور لليهود ككتلة بشرية على ساحة الصراع الشرق أوسطي بالإصطلاح الحديث كان علي يد قيادة دينية نبوية، فقد حتّم ذلك عليّ البدء بدراسة مختلف المظاهر الدينية لدى اليهود، وكيفية تعاقب هذه القيادات، وأنواعها، وكيفية تطوّر وتفاعل اليهود معها إيجاباً أو سلباً، ثم عرّجتُ على أنواع القيادات الأخرى التي تزعمت اليهود عبر التاريخ كالقيادة الوثنية اليهودية، والقيادة العلمانية مع المنظمة الصهيونية العالمية، ومن ثم قيادات الدولة العبرية الحديثة إسرائيل بمختلف أشكالها السياسية، والعسكرية... إلخ، مع ذكر تفاصيل أخرى تتعلق بها.
