يُعتبر هذا البحث من الموضوعات المندرجة في صُلب الأطروحات السماوية التي لا تستمر ذات سيادة بدون نظريّة في القيادة؛ لأنّ الأنبياء عليهم السلام كما بُعثوا كعللٍ مُعدّة لإعداد القابل، - الناس -، لقبول وحي الرسالات السماوية -، بُعثوا لقيادة المجتمعات البشرية وتأطيرها بإطار الشرائع السماوية وتشريعاتها القانونية، ولكن هل تقف القيادة عند النبيّ وشريعته فحسب أم يكون لها إمتداد طبيعي غير قسري(؟).
جذب هذا السؤال نظري؛ لإستكشاف: هل تحتوي الشريعة المسيحية على نظرية في القيادة تعمل على تحريك الجماعات بشخص القائد، أم أنها اقتصرت على الجانب العقائدي والأخلاقي كما ادُعي، وأهملت القيادة، وتركت للوثنيّ والمنحرف قيادة الناس وخصوصاً المؤمنين منهم (؟)، وعلى فرض وجود هذه النظرية أسأل: 1-ما هو شكل هذه القيادة، وهذه النظرية (؟)، 2-ما هي سِمات القائد وصفاته (؟)، 3-هل هناك دليل يؤيّد هذه النظرية (؟)، 4-ما هي الفلسفة التي تضطلع بها هذه النظرية (؟).
هذه التساؤلات وأمثالها أوجدت الداعيَ في نفسي للبحث عن إجابة، فقعدتُ العزمَ، وأعْملتُ الفِكرَ في جمع خيوطِها، وتحليلها، وتركيبها مُستنداً في ذلك إلى المزج بين المنهج العقلي والنقلي، وقد قسمت بحثي هذا إلى ثلاثة فصول: الفصل الأول: "وهو بعنوان: الولادة، النبوّة، السلطة"، الفصل الثاني: "وهو بعنوان: نظرية القيادة"، الفصل الثالث: "وهو بعنوان: العقائد المسيحية".
