وإذا كنت بهذا الكتاب أحاول أن أضع لبنة في بناء القانوني الأردني فإنها ــ دون أدنى شك ــ إسهامة متواضعة آملا اكتمال البنيان برؤية الصرح القانوني الأردني شامخا، ونحن نتوق إلى اليوم الذي نرى المكتبة القانونية الأردنية وهي تعج بأمهات الكتب والشروحات الجيدة المؤلفة وفق التشريعات الأردنية التي تستحق القراءة والاقتناء فقط بما يلبى حاجة طالب العلم والأستاذ. ولا أدعي لهذه المحاولة الكمال ولكنها على كل حال شمعة قد تنير الدرب لمن يريد مواصلة المشوار.
