بونسون دو ترايل: روائي فرنسي، معروف بكتاباته في أدب المغامرات.
ولد ألكس بونسون دو ترايل عام ١٨٢٩م، بمدينة مونمارتر الفرنسية. عُرف بإنتاجه الأدبي الغزير، فقد أنتج ثلاثة وسبعين مجلدًا خلال عشرين عامًا. تنتمي أعماله الروائية المبكرة إلى الأدب القوطي، وعندما بدأ في كتابة «سلسلة روكامبول» قام بنشرها في جريدة يومية، وهي سلسلة من القصص المنتمي لأدب الغموض والمغامرة، وقد مَثلت هذه السلسلة تحوله من الأدب القوطي إلى الأدب البطولي الحداثي.
وقد توفي بونسون دو ترايل عام ١٨٧١م.
Book Description
رواية «روكامبول» هي مجموعة قصصية ألَّفها الروائيُّ بونسون دي ترايل، وهي سلسلة تُجسِّد أحداثُها الصراعَ القِيَمِيَّ الأبديَّ بين الخير والشر، والعدل والظلم. وتتنوع شخصيات هذه القصص بين الفرسان المُقدِمين أصحاب البطولات، والفتيات الفاتنات، والمجرمين الأنذال، والكهنة والوعَّاظ. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن هذا النوع من القصص لاقى نجاحًا كبيرًا في فرنسا في القرن التاسع عشر، وهي قِصص مشوِّقة للغاية، كُتِبت على طراز «شيرلوك هولمز» و«أرسين لوبين»، استطاع المؤلف من خلالها أن يصل بقُرَّائه إلى أقصى أنواع المتعة والتسلية؛ لدرجة أنه حين توقَّف عن إصدار سلسلتها طالَبَه القرَّاءُ باستكمالها مرة أخرى. وقد ترجمها «طانيوس عبده» إلى العربية ترجمةً لا تقِلُّ في تشويقها عن الأصل الفرنسي. للعشق — في هذه القصة — وجهان، وجه يُعَبِّر عن صَبْوة المحب الولهان، ووجه آخر يخلق في نفس صاحبه سيوفًا من الانتقام. وينطبق هذا الحال على العاشقة الروسية « فاسيليكا» تلك المرأة التي أبدلت رداء حسنها بسيفٍ من زيف الانتقام الذي صوَّبته تجاه حبيبها «إيفان» الذي أحب باكارا ورفعها إلى مرتبة الأشراف؛ فكانت هذه المنزلة التي وهبها إياها سببًا في إذْكَاءِ جذوة انتقامها منه. ولا عجب في ذلك؛ فالمرأة كالأفعى إذا أحبت وَهَنَتْ، وإذا كرهت نشرت سمومًا، وأبدلت رداء حسنها ببراثن قهرها وانتقامها. وتلك هي شريعة الثأر في الذَّوْدِ عن مقدرات الحب الذي يتجسد في شخص المعشوق.
