قلعة المزيرعة أو حصن المزيرعة، هي إحدى قلاع منطقة الظفرة التابعة لإمارة أبوظبي، وتقع القلعة في واحة ليوا وهي أكبر قلاعها. يعود تاريخ بناء الحصن إلى القرن التاسع عشر الميلادي. وبُنيت من قبل قبيلة القبيسات.
