تضيق الصمام الرئوي (بالإنجليزية: Pulmonary valve stenosis) هو مرض يُصيب الصمام الرئوي، حيث يتواجد تضيق في طريق مرور الدم من البطين الأيمن للقلب إلى الوريد الرئوي. يؤدي هذا النوع من التضيق إلى هبوط كمية الدم الواصلة إلى الرئة.
