في هذه الدّراسة التي لا تتّبع نسقًا أو منهجًا أكاديميًّا بعينه، والتي جعلناها أشبه باجتهاداتٍ تأويليّة تُصغي إلى ذاتها، وتنطلق عبر حوارٍ طباقيّ هو أشبه بالنسيج منه إلى خطٍّ منطقيٍّ متسلسل، تمتثل مسرحيّة وليم شكسبير "هاملت"، بوصفها وسيلة لا غاية، لبحث تأويلات "الصّمت" والتّحليق معها عبر الحفر في مَنطوقات "الصّوت" وميادين الخطاب الاستلابي ؛ التنقيب في أصولها وفي أبعادها الدراميّة الفاعلة في إنشاء أسئلة وجوديّة هامّة، كذلك في مجموع العَلاقات والقوى التي يتم تحويل "الصّمت"، بموجبها، إلى هامشٍ بدل أن يجري التعامل معه كمَتْنٍ، هذا من جهةٍ، ومن جهةٍ ثانية، فبين منظومة العلاقات والقوى التي تشكّل المنطوقات والخطابات، والتي تغمز إلى بُنى الهوامش وخزائن الاحتمالات، حيث "الصّمت"، وبين ما يتشكّل بوصفه الجبهة المُضادّة، (ولو لوهلةٍ)، ويُنشئ ما يدّعي "الصّمت"/ "الهامش"، خالقًا لنفسه حقيقتَه اليقينيّة الخاصّة، بين هذه وتلك بَرْزَخٌ يشكّل صميمَ الدراما الشكسبيريّة، والذي يتمثل بالدرجة الأولى في شخص هاملت وفي وجدانه تحديدًا، حيث يدور الصّراع وتتخّذ "إراداتُ القوّة" مسرحَها. هذه المساحةُ ـ البرزخُ بالتّحديد، هي مدار اهتمامنا الأخير والأهم في هذه الدراسة.
