أبناء الشوارع سلاح في يد كل منحرف ذي مأرب، عالم سفلي وليس القاع، حقيقة وجودهم منذ عشرينيات القرن العشرين كنتاج طبيعي للاحتلال الانجليزي آنذاك الذي غرس الطبقية ونتيجة للضغوط الاقتصادية والاجتماعية أفرزت ظاهرة أطفال الشوارع التي تحولت إلى أبناء الشوراع بمعنى أنهم أصبحوا أجيال متعاقبة لهم نظام حياتهم الذي هو في حل من أي قيم دينية أو مجتمعية، لهم قوانينهم التي تخصهم والتي هي ميثاق مرئي للعيان وإن لم يكن مدبج ولكنه يعلن عن نفسه طول الوقت.
