كتاب ملاحظاتي خلال 33 يوم تأليف عادل الجندي، يقول الكاتب: وقد شرعتُ في كتابة هذه الملاحظات على غير وجهة أقصدها، ولا خطة أسير عليها، لذلك فهي مُشتتة مبعثرة لا يجمعها جامع، ولا يؤلف بينها شيء، وذلك أمر
لا يزعجني، بل إني لراض به كل الرضا، إذ هو عندي من أكبر ما يميز تلك الملاحظات، أو هذه اليوميات.
وقبل البدء فإني أشيرُ إلى أني قد استأذنتُ جميع من ذكرتُ أسماءهم في الملاحظات قبل نشرها فأذنوا لي بالنشر، ومن لم يأذن أو لم أستأذنه فإني أهملتُ ذكر اسمه مراعاة لرغبته وشعوره.
ومن الأشياء التي يحسن الإشارة إليها هو أن جميع الملاحظات بلا استثناء حقيقية وليست من الخيال، فكل ما كتبته هو عبارة عن مواقف حدثت معي، أو أشياء رأيتها، أو أمور لاحظتها على مرَّ ثلاثة وثلاثين يوماً.
وأحب أن أشير أيضاً إلى أن الملاحظات رغم أنها أخذت لوناً ظريفاً ساخراً غالباً إلا أنني حرصتُ كل الحرص على أن تكون هادفة مفيدة، إن لم يكن دائماً فغالبا على أقل تقدير.
