"ديوان الأكلات الشامية" شعر فكاهي هزلي للشاعر أحمد دعاس هو نوع من التراث الشعبي له خصوصيته في المشهد الشعري لبلاد الشام يشكل في مضمونه إرثاً حضارياً وثقافياً من مختلف التجارب والأشكال الشعرية الماضوية. يتميز بصنعة شعرية دقيقة وزخرفة ذهنية جميلة وخاصة في آن معاً.
في الكتاب ستة قصائد جاءت في الشعر العربي الموزون والمقفى. القصيدة الأولى بعنوان (السجقات):
ما أحيلى السجقاتِ / وسخاتير الحفاتي!
أما القصيدة الثانية فجاءت بعنوان بعنوان (الفول):
أراك تهذي يحب الفول متبولاً / والحب بالفول صار اليوم معسولا.
والقصيدة الثالثة هي في (القول) أيضاً ولكنها تشكل رداً على قصيدة الفولية للشاعر محمود عمر خيتي وفيها يقول الشاعر:
يا شاعر الفول كم ضيعت متبولا / متيماً إثره لمْ تغد مكبولا.
وجاءت القصيدة الرابعة في (الفول) أيضاً ألقاها الشاعر في "مجلس فول في ثانوية تشرين عام 1986م، في دوما - ريف دمشق، وفيها يقول:
هويت فولك لا ميتاً ولا ملقا / وسرتُ قصدك كي أستنشق العبقا.
وأما القصيدة الخامسة فجاءت بعنوان (المجددة):
هيا اطبخوا لي مجدرة / مقلوةً ومقمرة.
ويختتم الديوان بقصيدة (الششبرك):
أنا كم أحب الششبرك / ولأجله بطني فرك.
هذا، وقد ألحق الشاعر في هامش كل قصيدة طريقة صنع (الأكلة) موضوع القصيدة.
