انقشع الضباب من عينيه وتراءى له المشهد كاملا مجسما ,كان بطلا لنهايته التراجيدية . انطلقت رصاصتان من المسدس . حاول الإبتعاد قبل الأولان ولكن ولات حين مناص . اخترقت الرصاصتان صدره اختراقا , وسقط على الأرض قابضا على صدره المضرج بالدماء.
استمر رنين الهاتف من مكان ما على الأرض , وانطلقت السيارة مسرعة عبر الطريق, ثم اختفت في لمح البصر . ظهرت بقعتان من الدم على قميصه و سرعان ما ازداد حجمهما, التقتا بالخاصية الشعرية, لتشكلا بقعة واحدة كبيرة. ارتعش كامل جسده و كان صدره يعلو وينخفض بصعوبة , في تلك الثواني بدأ يفقد الإحساس بأطرافه شيئا فشيئا , وبعد لحظات انطفأت حرارة جسده المسجى و لم يبقى إلا أثرها , كفرن يصدر لفحات بعد إخماد ناره المتوقدة . تجمع الدم حوله و شكل بركة صغيرة حمراء . انتفضت روحه فلفظ آخر أنفاسه في تلك اللحظة وودع الحياة .
استمر الهاتف في الرنين . . .
