Book Description

Most of researches including (Colombo and Stanca ,2008 ; Sepulveda ,2005 ; Konings
& Vanormelingen,2009), showed that training is a fundamental and effectual instrument
in successful accomplishment of the firm's goals and objectives, resulting in higher
productivity. The success of organization is dependent on people.
People are skilled as well as experienced workforce (Ololube, Ajayi & Kpolovie, 2011).
Training is about making the employees gain the experiences and new skills to improve
their performance through get them into training courses.
Training can be described as “providing the conditions in which people can learn
effectively”. To learn is “to gain knowledge, skill, ability” (King, 1968:125).
The more we give abilities for employees the more we increase work quality .
Each organizations want to improve product quality and increase his productivity, and
to be lifted skills of employees and for get that it, should be increase the skills of his
employees by make courses of training for them whether was inside organizations or
outside it depending on the needs of workers and work, this courses may be short ,and
that through the allocation of hours of working hours for training On-job or in their
own training centers or long courses Off-job by enrolling them in course in colleges and
specialized institutes onside the country.
On-job training focuses on the a cquision of skills within the work environment
generally under normal working conditions.
