نابليون هيل (بالإنجليزية: Napoleon Hill ) كاتب أمريكي اشتهر بكتبه التي تهتم بالتنمية البشرية ويعرف خصوصاً بكتابه "فكر تصبح غنياً" الذي أصبح عند إصداره من أكثر الكتب مبيعاً وشعبية في أمريكا. وقد ولد في 26 أكتوبر 1883 في باوند، فيرجينيا، الولايات المتحدة وتوفي في 8 نوفمبر 1970 بكارولاينا الجنوبية. يعتبر كتابه "فكر تصبح غنيا" أشهر كتبه والذي تمت ترجمته إلى اللغة العربية اخر مرة في العام 2010 وقد صدرت الطبعة الأولى من الترجمة الأخيرة للكتاب عن دار الفضيلة بالقاهرة تحت عنوان "فكر وضاعف ثروتك" وقام بإعدادها علي داود محمد محمود. ويقع الكتاب في 15 فصلا. كان نابليون هيل مستشارا للرئيس الأمريكي فرانكلين روزفلت 1933 - 1936. إحدى أشهر مقولاته هي : "الشيء الذي يمكن لعقل الإنسان أن يتصوره ويعتقده، يمكن تحقيقه".

سمعت احد الكتاب ذات مرة يقول إنه لا يمكن لأي شخص حتي لو لديه الخبرة الكافية لنشر وتوزيع المجلات المحلية أن يفكر في نشر مجلة برأس مال أقل من ربع مليون دولار أمريكي. يبدو أنه كان مقدر لي الإبتعاد عن المجلة، حيث أنه بعد فترة مليئة بالمشاكل مع شركائي ، قررت تركها لهم . من هنا بدأ حب هيل للمجلات ، حيث تلت مجلة ( القاعدة الذهبية) مجلة (نابليون هيل) وبعد ذلك أصبح هيل محرر جريدة ( نجاح) التي لا تزال حتي الآن . أسست بعد ذلك مدرسة تدريبية للمبيعات. كان هدفي الأساسي تدريب حوالي ثلاثة الف رجل مبيعات لتكوين سلسلة متاجر عالمية. كنت اتقاضي 10 دولار أمريكي من كل شخص ينضم إلي المدرسة ، وفي خلال شهور من العمل ربحت حوالي 30,000 دولار أمريكي تتويجاً لجهودي . أصبحت غير سعيد وراض بالعمل الذي أقوم به مرة اخري ، وأصبح الأمر واضحاً أمامي أن المال لم ولن يستطيع أن يجعلني سعيداً.
