نصبت دراسة هذا الكتاب على التحكيم التجاري الدولي الذي يعد الوسيلة الناجحة لفض المنازعات في مجال القانون الخاص وجمع في هذا الكتاب كافة جوانب التحكيم التجاري الدولي فقد احتوى هذا الكتاب على أربعة أبواب وقبلهن الباب التمهيدي الذي احتوى على ثلاثة فصول منها، مزايا التحكيم، وتعريف التحكيم، وتناول الباب الأول ثلاثة فصول وكل فصل يحتوي على مباحث فالفصل الأول مثلاً يتحدث عن البروتوكول المتعلق بشروط التحكيم واتفاقية تنفيذ أحكام التحكيم الأجنبية وتطرق الباب الثاني الى ستة فصول، الفصل الأول، اتفاق التحكيم على ثلاثة مباحث منها الرضا، ومحل التحكيم أما الباب الثالث فقد تناول خمسة فصول منها فصل اصدار القرار التحكيمي ومحتوياته وتضمن الباب الرابع فصلين الفصل الأول موقف الدول العربية من التحكيم التجاري الدولي والفصل الثاني موقف العراق من التحكيم التجاري الدولي.
