هذا هو الجزء الثالث الذي خصص لشرح أحكام الشركات التجارية طبقاً لنصوص قانون الشركات المؤقت رقم (1) لسنة 1989، ويلاحظ على هذا القانون أن معظم نصوصه تجد أصولها في نصوص ق\قانون الشركات الأردني رقم (12) لعام 1964، إلا أنه وعلى الرغم من هذا التأثير الواضح نجد في القانون الحالي بعض سمات التشريع اللاتيني، الأمر الذي يدفعنا إلى القول بأن أحكام قانون الشركات لعام 1989 جاءت خليطاً من أحكام القانون الإنكليزي والقانون الفرنسي.
في هذا الكتاب مهدنا في بادئ الأمر لمعرفة أحكام الشركات، بشرح القواعد العامة التي تطبق على جميع أنواع الشركات التجارية، من حيث تأسيسها وإدارتها والتغييرات التي قد تتعرض لها أثناء حياتها وأخيراً حالات انقضائها وتصفيتها وقسمة الأموال المتبقية بعد التصفية, بعد ذلك تناول بالشرح والتحليل الأحكام التي نص عليها القانون بالنسبة لكل نوع من أنواع الشركات وأشرنا إلى ما هو متبع في الواقع العلمي من إجراءات، والشركات التي عالجنا أحكامها في هذا المؤلف هي: شركة التضامن، شركة التوصية البسيطة، شركة المحاصة، الشركة ذات المسؤولية المحدودة وشركة التوصية بالأسهم.
