وقد كان من العسير طرح الأبحاث والتقنيات الطبية كافة على بساط البحث، لذا اختيار المؤلف مفيداً لجذب الإنتباه لهذا الموضوع الذي تتجاوز أهميته الصفحات القادمة، الأبحاث والتقنيات المرتبطة في حقوق شريحة واسعة تمثل المرحلة التكوينية الأولى للإنسان هي: شريحة الأجنة.
حيث إن فرضية البحث سترتكز على ركيزة أساسية هي أن الأجنة ليست بشيء كما يتصوره البعض، وليست بخلقة ناقصة دون البشر الكامل كما يراه البعض الآخر، بل هي مرحلة عمرية يمرُ بها أي إنسان، كمرحلة الطفولة، ومرحلة الشباب، ومرحلة الكهولة، وغيرها...
وستكون مسائل حقوق الإنسان شاخصة في مفاصل البحث جميعها، فضلاً عن إيضاح مدى حماية القانون العام للأجنة، مبتعداً عن الحقوق الثابتة في القانون الخاص.
وستتألف هذه الدراسة من فصول ثلاث هي: الفصل الأول فسيكرس لإيضاح مفهوم الجنين وبيان قيمته في ظل المفاهيم الدينية والقانونية الدستورية منها والتشريعية وتوجهات القضاء الأوروبي والأمريكي.
أما الفصل الثاني فعمل المؤلف فيه على إيضاح التنظيم القانوني للأجنة بمواجهة البحث الطبي والبايلوجي مع التركيز على أهم أهداف تلك الأبحاث وتحديداً البحث في الإستنساخ البشري والخلايا الجذعية، أما الفصل الثالث فتناول فيه التقنيات الطبية الحديثة المرتبطة بالإنجاب وقبسات من تأثيراتها في الأجنة وأسلوب التنظيم القانوني والقضائي لها.
وفي الخاتمة إقترح المؤلف مشروع قانون لحماية الأجنة يمكن أن يكون أساساً لمنطلقات المشرعين في أي دولة تفتقد التنظيم القانوني الخاص بالأجنة.
