قليلون هم – وقليلة هي مراكز الدراسات وغرف العمليات – الذين ما زالوا يتابعون يوميات الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي وتطوره ونظمه وخططه وأسلحته، في واقع تتواصل فيه المحاولة لتبديد قوة العالمين العربي والإسلامي في فتنة مذهبية، واستبدال الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي بصراع عربي إيراني أو عربي فارسي أو سنّي شيعي وهو (رهان استراتيجي) لا يكلف إسرائيل طلقة واحدة ولا قتيلا واحدا بل يؤهل النظام الجيوستراتيجي لها لإقامة إسرائيل كبرى اقتصادية مستفيدة من مشروع السيطرة الغربي بعنوان الشرق الأوسط الكبير، ومن استراتيجية الفوضى البنّاءة التي تسعى إلى تقسيم الكيانات (تقسيم المقسم)، وجعل كيانات دول الطوق لها فدراليات أو كونفيدراليات (إسرائيليات) طائفية ومذهبية وعرقية، وضرب مراكز القوة العربية المتمثلة بجيوش مصر وسورية والعراق.
إنّ قيام الباحث والخبير الأستاذ محمد خواجه بالتدقيق باستراتيجية الحرب الإسرائيلية ـ مسار… وتطوّر في هذه اللحظة من تاريخ الشرق الأوسط، هو عمل عقلي في محلّه، خصوصاً وأننا أمام "كيان" هو في واقعه ثكنة عسكرية؛ دوره ومهمته ينحصران بالاحتفاظ بالشرق الأوسط والسيطرة على موارده، عبر مزيدٍ من الحروب، وهو لذلك يعتمد على جيش ذكي، متقدّم التدريب، مؤهل تكنولوجياً وعسكرياً، متحرّك وسريع؛ وهو في واقعه جيش مناورة ومبادرة؛ وإن كان خسر الحرب في لبنان أمام المقاومة التي حرّرت معظم الأراضي اللبنانية، وخسر الحرب عام 2006 أمام المقاومة أيضاً بسبب نظرية فاشلة بعنوان النسر في مواجهة الثعبان، والاعتماد، بصورة مطلقة، على سلاح الجو، فإن هذه الخسارة ممكنة باستمرار، ولكنها متوقفة على معرفة العدو ووعي خططه، ووضعه على مرمى العقل أولاً ثم العين.
