يعتبر بيع ملك الغير من المواضيع ذات الأهمية الكبرى نظراً لما يترتب عليه من آثار قانونية تنعكس في نطاق الحياة العملية للمجتمع، ولذا فقد تناول المؤلف هذا الموضوع من خلال منهج تحليلي قام من خلاله بتحليل نصوص القانون وبيان مختلف الآراء التي حاولت أن تبين مفهوم هذه النصوص وبيان موقف الاجتهاد القضائي في الموضوع، إضافة إلى منهج مقارن عمد المؤلف من خلاله إلى بيان المواقف القانونية في عدة دول من أجل زيادة الفائدة والاستفادة من تجارب الآخرين وعدم الوقوع في أخطائهم.
وبما أن بيع ملك الغير يتفرع أصلاً عن عقد البيع فقد بيّن المؤلف مفهوم البيع وطبيعته وخصائصه، ومن ثم شرح أحكام بيع ملك الغير وتحديد طبيعته القانونية وشرائطه وكذلك آثاره القانونية، لينتهي المؤلف كتابه بخاتمة ضمت ما طرحته دراسة وتحليل أحكام هذا النوع من البيوع من تساؤلات وما أفرزته من ملاحظات واقتراحات.
